Effective 7 September 2026. Operator: Bitcoin Watchfire. This notice covers this website and, where noted, the Bulls vs Bears App. We will update it before a new purpose goes live.
1. This website
The Bitcoin Watchfire landing pages are static. You can read them without an account. We do not run a sign-in, comment form, or third-party advertising pixel on this site today.
If the site is served from Cloudflare or a similar host, the edge may see an IP address long enough to deliver the page and stop abuse. We do not keep a visitor list for this landing page.
2. Bulls vs Bears (the App)
The live field at bulls-vs-bears.pages.dev is a separate surface. You can watch it without an account.
First-party operations there (operators only; not sold): visible-tab pings with dwell time, country, a short browser string, timezone, phone vs desktop, screen size, referring hostname, path, optional frame-rate, Scout Dispatch opens. Unique visits are a random id for that tab. We do not keep your IP. Visit rows older than 90 days are deleted. Cloudflare Web Analytics may record cookie-free page views.
Anonymous watchers are not identified to other people. If you later sign in with X and choose to appear, other viewers may see a public profile. You can hide.
3. If you sign in on the App
Sign-in is Enlist with X. We receive the X user id, username, display name, and avatar X provides for login. We do not get your password. We do not post, follow, or DM as you. We keep a session so the App can recognize you.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not store your IP. The edge may see an address long enough to rate-limit in memory.
- We do not run third-party advertising pixels unless we update this notice first.
- We do not list anonymous watchers by name.
5. Children
Watchfire surfaces are not directed at children under 13. Do not sign in if you are under 13.
6. Your choices
- Read this site and watch the field without signing in.
- On the App: sign in, then hide or appear on the ridge.
- Ask us to delete what we can identify, via @DannyStacksSats on X. Once you have enlisted, name the X handle.
7. Changes
We may update this notice by posting a revised version with a new effective date. New purposes are described here before they go live. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated notice.
