Terms of Use

Effective 7 September 2026. Operator: Bitcoin Watchfire (“we”, “us”). By using this website, Bulls vs Bears, or related Watchfire streams, you agree to these terms.

1. What this is

Bitcoin Watchfire is a house for Bitcoin visualization and entertainment: this site, the Bulls vs Bears live field (bulls-vs-bears.pages.dev and any successor host), and related YouTube / X streams. It is not a trading platform, exchange, wallet, broker, or financial advisor.

Watching does not require an account. Optional sign-in, public field presence, houses, recognition, paid features, and later play — when offered — are extras. We may add, change, or withdraw them.

2. As-is; no warranty

Everything is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of prices, order-book data, presence counts, or uptime. Market data comes from third-party venues and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing here — the site, the App, streams, or related social posts — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrencies are volatile and risky. Do your own research. We are not responsible for trading or other decisions you make.

4. Intellectual property

Code, design, artwork, text, kits, and branding are owned by Bitcoin Watchfire and licensors. All rights reserved. You may use the publicly hosted work for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, rehost, rebrand, or commercially redistribute a substantial portion without prior written permission.

5. Brand tributes & opt-out

Hero and world features that reference third-party brands are courtesy tributes unless we say otherwise in writing. They do not imply partnership or endorsement. Rights holders may opt out anytime via @DannyStacksSats — we aim to remove promptly.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the site, the App, or its infrastructure: no attacks, abusive scraping, spoofing identity or presence for harm, farming rewards with bots, harvesting other people’s public profiles, or using Watchfire to violate law.

7. Third-party links

Links to YouTube, X, exchanges, wallets, or partners (including referral links) are for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Privacy

How we handle data is in Privacy. Short version: this landing page is a static site. The Bulls vs Bears App has additional first-party ops telemetry described there. We do not sell personal data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitcoin Watchfire and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Watchfire surfaces.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
